Dear Prospective Buyers,

After losing our home to Katrina and now relocating as buyers to Atlanta, shopping for a home was not as easy as we thought. After a month or two we realized that we needed some help.  That is when we were introduced to Anna Kilinski of Keller Williams Realty Intown Atlanta.

We really didn’t know Atlanta very well coming here as a result of hurricane Katrina.  Anna was honest with us about our prospects but always upbeat.  We could also tell that Anna was a person of integrity.

We looked at and evaluated several homes and condos and finally found one that we really liked in a nice neighborhood.  We and Anna worked on the offer we would make for the house and at that point that’s when we knew she was very serious and meticulous about her work.  The offer was accepted; however, the other real estate agent failed to tell us earlier that we had to meet certain income guidelines to buy the house.  So the deal fell through.  Anna was disappointed for us but she said we’d find the right house and somehow we knew she was right.

What happened is that one day, we met with Anna and she told us that the builder of the very house we had made an offer on was interested in building the same type of house but on another lot in the same neighborhood. It all worked out so well because we received all these wonderful upgrades and now we’re living in a lovely new home.

So, it is our privilege to have met Anna and worked with her.  And we recommend her based on her knowledge, integrity, and commitment to her clients.
